Zimbabwean Twitter user helps 57 families with school fees

It’s back to school in Zimbabwe and many might not be able to make it back at school due to lack of school fees.

Yesterday, a Twitter user, ‘thezimgiver’, helped 57 families struggling with paying school fees. It is not known if the user paid the fees with his own personal money or if he or she represents an organisation, however, the user said that all the recipients had to do was to, ‘pay it forward.’ Many people showed their gratitude to the philanthropist, commenting that he/she had a very good heart.

Imagine if we had more people like this kind person in Africa, where most of the countries are poverty-stricken, unemployment rate is skyrocketing and political leaders are looting the cookie jar, leaving the commoners to face the consequences of failed states.
