Be careful who you have children with

I guess this is the reason why it’s necessary to really know a person before you commit to them. However, oftentimes it’s after a divorce that you get to see the real person you were married to. Some of us discover a little too late, after the kids have come that the so-called father or mother of your kids is nothing but the devil’s advocate.

Children tie you to someone for the rest of your life. Some people you wish you have never met, but when you have a child or children with them, you will have them in your life forever. Some of them use that child against you – for life. It not only messes with you, but does untold damage to the child as well. It’s a common thing for adults to use children as weapons against each other. But it’s also a sign that you were married to a monster. Cordial co-parenting is very much possible.

Children should not grow up in a war zone, they should never have to choose between their parents. They should not be used as weapons, they’re humans with feelings. Some people are simply a hazard to the society. If you can not be civilised towards the mother or father of your child, how can you be civilised towards strangers?

Imagine making someone so undeserving a father or mother! It’s a burden on the children. They can’t choose their parents but we can choose our partners.

Imagine a parent who sexually abuses his or her own child…. Evil!
