VAAL: South African Police Service (SAPS)
Sedibeng District today went on a ‘O KAE MOLAO?’ joint operation to curb crime in Orange Farm and Evaton, Vaal.
According to the SAPS spokesperson Sgt Motsapi, some of the distinguished SAPS members adorning the operation include the Gauteng Deputy Provincial Commissioner Policing Major General Tommy Mthombeni, the Deputy Provincial Commissioner Crime Detection Major General Mbuso Khumalo, Sedibeng District Deputy Commissioner Brigadier PP Mokoena and the Sedibeng District Senior management.
He goes on to say that the ‘O kae molao’ operation main objective is to put some reins on the devious criminal activities in and around Sedibeng District.

He sums up the day’s activities, “In this regard the operation has yield prospective and positive results as follows:
📌 74 Fines issued to motorists who failed to obey the Road Traffic Act.
📌 11 Undocumented persons arrested for illegal immigration
📌 02 illegal shebeens closed
📌01 suspect arrested for possession of illegal fire arm and ammunition
📌 01 suspect arrested for Drunk & Driving
📌 02 suspects arrested for Assault GBH
📌 01 suspect arrested for possession of Drugs
